Snippet & Quire — Return & Refund Policy (Snail Mail Products)

At Snippet & Quire, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and sent through the post with care. Because our products are physical, paper-based, and often produced in limited or made-to-order batches, our return and refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of these items.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our snail mail goods (including printed materials, stationery, and curated dispatches), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement item (if available), or
- A refund to your original payment method
3. Lost or Missing Mail
Snippet & Quire is not responsible for items lost in transit once they have been handed over to the postal service. However, we understand how disappointing this can be.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:
- Please contact us, and we will do our best to assist in locating the package
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it. Additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
For recurring snail mail subscriptions:
- Orders cannot be refunded once processed and dispatched
- You may cancel future shipments at any time through your account or by contacting us before the next billing cycle
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, they fall under our final sale policy.
